Protecting your digital footprint is the foundation of our engineering philosophy. We ensure technical transparency in every diagnostic request.
IPInfoService operates on a Volatile Processing Model. We collect search parameters and technical metadata only to facilitate real-time diagnostics. This data exists only in temporary system memory (RAM) and is purged immediately upon session termination.
Metadata is utilized exclusively to maintain service stability and improve diagnostic accuracy. We do not profile users, perform behavioral tracking, or monetize search history. Our intelligence engines are built for utility, not surveillance.
We collaborate with premium infrastructure providers (MaxMind, Google Mapping) to provide geospatial context. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with these partners beyond the target IP address required for the specific lookup.
Every byte of data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by mandatory TLS 1.3 encryption. We utilize perfect forward secrecy (PFS) to ensure your requests remain private even against future decryption attempts.
This manifesto is subject to periodic updates to reflect evolving technical standards and regulatory requirements. Significant changes will be explicitly noted in our system logs.
